The Katuic Peoples

The project tries to understand various aspects of the social and cultural life of the little known Katuic groups of Vietnam. These indigenous groups, living in the provinces of Quang Tri, TT Hue and Quang Nam, include the Bru Van Kieu, the Ta Oi and the Katu.

All project researchers spent several months doing fieldwork with these groups during the three years' duration of the project. Several reports have been produced and ample video and photo material has been gathered.
